Please read BEFORE filling out an exhibit entry form!Booths will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Groups should complete an Official Entry Form or download the pdf entry form to print & submit. Entry forms will be available prior to the 2020 fair. To check the status of booth availability, contact the Fair at 336-755-3100
Booth Location - A diagram of booth locations will be displayed throughout the exhibit building
Set Up - Booths may be set up during the following times:
- Tuesday, September 3rd : 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Wednesday, Sept 4th : 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Thursday, Sept. 5th : 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Booths may not be setup on Sunday
